Harry Potter's World: Last Day of Exhibit

Explore the Renaissance roots of Harry Potter through the lens of science and medicine with this 6-panel exhibit featuring materials from the National Library of Medicine. Examine important ethical topics such as the desire for knowledge, the effects of prejudice and the responsibility that comes with power. And discover the important role that Renaissance traditions played in the development of Western science, including alchemy, astrology and natural philosophy.
Exhibit open during regular library hours through October 31.
