Now through May 31, all residents of the Westerville City School District are encouraged to fill out a survey to help shape the priorities and goals for the future of the Westerville Public Library.
Rich, meaningful engagement with the entire community will guide important conversations as the library develops its next strategic plan.
“It is critical that we hear from as many people as possible as we work to develop and implement a shared vision for the future,” says Erin Francoeur, Executive Director of the Westerville Public Library.
Survey respondents will be asked to rank areas of service that need expansion, including computer/internet access, study and meeting space, activities for different ages, homework help, holds pickup/vending machines, makerspaces, and special collections (for example, tool library or sports equipment).
This survey is one of the ways that residents can contribute to the library’s strategic planning process. Respondents interested in being a part of a focus group this summer can provide their contact information at the end of the survey.
