The library offers notices or alerts as a courtesy to help you stay informed about your library-related activity. If you are not getting notifications as you have come to expect, there are a few things you can do.
- Make sure we have your current email address on file.
- Check your spam folder.
- Add the library's domain name to your approved sender's list: westervillelibrary.org
- Add the library's email addresses to your email's approved sender's list or whitelist:

- Remove the library from your email's blocked addresses list.
- Try a different email address that you check often.
- Contact the library for help.
