The IRS Tax filing deadline is April 15, 201. If you are unable to meet this deadline and need to file an extension, follow these instructions.
The library will receive a limited number of copies of popular federal, state and local tax forms and instruction booklets in the coming months. As they arrive, they will be made available to the public. You can pick up copies during library hours from tables set up in the mallway of the library, across from the Friends Shoppe.
If we do not have the form you need, the Adult Services staff on the second floor of the library can help you print copies. Also, you may print copies on your own at any time from the IRS website.
Note: Certain forms can only be obtained directly from the IRS, including the 1099, W-2 and W-4 forms. Place an order.
All other tax forms can be printed at a dedicated station on the second floor of the library.
Note: We will not be receiving Westerville City forms. We can print them out for you from the Westerville City's website, or you can stop at the Income Tax Department office on 64 E. Walnut Street (behind the library) for assistance.
