Dry Capital of the World: Exhibit

On Display: June 2, 2025 - March 31, 2026

Fifty years ago, a massive collection of anti-alcohol brochures, books, posters, and correspondence was donated to the Westerville Public Library by the once known Anti-Saloon League (then headquartered next door). Delve into items on display for the first time since returning from the Ohio History Connection.

Find out how Westerville became the “dry capital of the world” through the efforts of the Anti-Saloon League in its heyday. Then make a print of your own using the typesetting tools as stamps. Display your print as part of the exhibit or take it with you as a souvenir.
