Friends of the Westerville Public Library

This is a non-profit organization comprised of volunteers who support and promote the continued growth of the Westerville Public Library. Current revenue sources include the library's used book sales and gift shop. Recent projects funded by the Friends include the treehouse in the kids area, Hilda the Dragon (a temporary art installation 2019-2022), and delivery vans.

Donations

The Friends of the Westerville Public Library accept donations of gently used books, movies, and music for resale. Donations can be dropped off near the welcome desk. Donations will be processed by volunteers, then made available for purchase in the gift shop and on the bookcases in the mallway. All profits benefit the library. Tax receipts are available upon request.

Items not accepted: art prints, magazines, encyclopedias, Reader’s Digest condensed books, textbooks older than 5 years, VHS tapes.

This shop is managed solely by volunteers with the Friends of the Westerville Public Library.
