Locked out? We can help!

Restore access to your digital or streaming services in one easy step.

If you have been using one of the library's digital services (such as ebooks, streaming movies, or research tools) with an expired library card account, you may lose access due to your expired status. But don't worry - there's an easy fix!

To restore access to your account, please choose one of these options:

  • In person, please bring your library card or picture ID.
  • By phone, please have your library card number available and call 614-882-7277 option 2. We will confirm your name, address, phone number, email address and date of birth.
  • Online, you can fill out this form, opens a new window.

Educators, you must renew your library card in person yearly. Please bring with you a picture ID, proof of address and proof of educator status.

Library cards are set to renew every three years. This provides the library an opportunity to seek updated contact information for all its patrons. If you would like to replace your library card, please contact us. There is not a fee to replace your card.

If you have any questions, please contact us.
