Notary Services

Free notary services are available at the library. To make an appointment, call 614-882-7277 option 4 or request an appointment.

Bring the following with you: a valid government-issued photo ID, the documents to be notarized (filled out but unsigned), witnesses and any provided instructions

Additional Information:

  • Appointments are required.
  • Due to limited resources, notary services are for individuals only. No business documents are accepted for notary service, nor will notary services be performed for any business organizations.
  • Notary services are not available for the following: depositions, protests, corporate body documents, or certification of vital records (birth, marriage, death, passports).
  • Notary publics at the library reserve the right to decline service.
  • If you have physical limitations that prevent you from being able to come to the library, please contact us for options: 614-259-5034 or outreach@westervillelibrary.org.
