Drive-Up Window

Did you know that the library has a drive-thru? Located on the north side of the building, you can pick up your reserved materials without leaving the comfort of your car.

Important Notice

Starting Monday, April 6, the drive-up window will be closed for repaving. You can pick up your reserves from the Reserve Room (in the mallway) or at the Self-Serve shelves. If you are physically unable to walk into the library, staff can deliver your reserved items to your car. For assistance, call 614-882-7277 option 2. 

Returned items can be dropped off at any of the boxes in the under-building parking area. Alternatively, you can walk or bike returned items to the slot on the north side of the building.

Depending on weather, the repaving project is expected to take approximately 6 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Instructions

  1. Reserve items online, by phone or in person.
  2. Choose the pickup location: "Drive-Up Reserve Room".
  3. When you receive a notice that your items are ready for pickup, stop at the drive-thru during the hours that the library is open.
  4. Show us your library card or valid ID.
  5. We'll check your items out to you and send you on your way.

Have fines? You'll need to pay them down to $5 before we can check out your reserves. Need to return items, too? There's a return slot just past the drive-thru window.
