Bring the past to life with a history trail at McVay Elementary School. Learn the history of the surrounding neighborhood, including who lived there and when, the glaciers, horserace track, sugar shack, and orchards that once existed there, and the vernal pool and woods that are now home to birds, raccoons, butterflies, and more.
Panels feature artwork of birds, poison ivy, raccoons, and more submitted by McVay Elementary students Elijah, Isabelle, Olivia, and Piper.
Open to the public during non-school hours.
